Beef - Roast Sirloin of Beef, Top Butt Steak, Roast Prime Rib, New York Strip Steak, Filet Mignon or Chateaubriand

Poultry - Broiled Breast of Chicken Reganatti, Chicken Kiev, Chicken Marsala, Chicken Florentine or Chicken Teriyaki

From the sea - Broiled Alaskan Scrod Filet, Broiled Orange Roughy Filet or Broiled Salmon Filet

Dinner Buffets (50 guest minimum)

All buffets include tossed salad greens, potato salad, pasta, vegetable salad, Mostaccioli, vegetable du jour, potatoes, bread and butter, ice cream or sherbet, and beverage (coffee, tea or milk).

Classic Gourmet - Baked Reganatti Chicken and Chef-carved Roast Prime Rib, Honey Mustard Baked Ham and Roast Turkey Breast
