    Traditional Buffet Fresh mixed salad greens, potato salad, three-way bean salad or pasta vegetable salad, tender roast sirloin of beef or roast loin of pork, choice of baked chicken or deep fried chicken, Mostaccioli with meat balls or Italian sausage, vegetable du jour, oven brown potatoes or mashed potatoes and gravy, fresh baked homemade bread and butter, coffee, tea, and milk, and ice cream or sherbet for dessert.

    Classic Gourmet Buffet Fresh homemade pasta vegetable salad, three way bean salad, creamy potato salad, fresh mixed garden greens with choice of three dressings, Mostaccioli with meatballs or Italian sausage, baked chicken or deep fried chicken, vegetable dujour, choice of mashed potatoes with gravy or oven brown potatoes, table-carved Roast Prime Rib, honey baked ham and roast breast of turkey, fresh baked homemade bread and butter, coffee, tea, and milk, and ice cream or sherbet for dessert.

    Family Style Dinner A four stage upscale affair, beginning with a bed of mixed greens with your choice of dressings. Immediately followed by a combination plate of roast sirloin of beef or roast loin of pork and broiled breast of chicken. Accompanied with your choice of potato and fresh steamed vegetables. Then your party is presented with a platter of our mostaccioli with meatballs or Italian sausage. Fresh baked bread & butter is also served with the meal. Finally, we finish the meal with a choice of ice cream or sherbet, coffee, tea and milk. FOR FRIDAY & SUNDAY (EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS) DEDUCT 15% OTHER EVENT SIT DOWN DINNERS

    TRADITIONAL BREAKFAST BUFFET - Scrambled Eggs, Home-Style Potatoes, Homemade Biscuits with a Country Sausage Gravy, Bacon and Sausage Links, Honey Baked Ham and Corned Beef Hash. Assorted Sweets, Danishes, Rolls, and Fresh Fruit. Fresh Brewed Coffee, Hot Tea, Milk available.

    Deluxe Brunch - Our brunch begins with a breakfast consisting of Scrambled Eggs, Potatoes, Biscuits and Gravy, Bacon and Sausage Links. Our Tossed Salad, Potato Salad, and Pasta Vegetable Salad area a great segue into our lunch. Your choice of Roast Sirloin of beef, or Chicken (baked or fried), Mostacioli with Meatballs or Italian Sausage, Rice Pilaf, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy or Oven Brown Potatoes, Steamed Mixed Vegetables. Assorted Sweet Rolls and Assorted Fresh Fruit are the perfect end to a tremendous meal.
